Grand Opening of Recently Completed Gelato Bar

November 1, 2017, The Woodlands, TX – With the finishing touches completed on a new location in Houston’s Baybrook Mall, Popbar™ gelato bar celebrated its grand opening on Thursday, October 26. Build out of the Baybrook Popbar was completed by Moon Commercial Construction. Leveraging experience in retail and restaurant projects, Moon Commercial is also constructing a second Popbar location in Pearland Town Center (Pearland, TX).
